Vegan dishes from Africa

Vegan dishes from Africa

Africa is the world's largest continent with 54 countries covering an area of 30,370,000 km², making it the largest and most diverse continent we have. This is not only apparent at first glance at the cultures, languages and customs, but is also particularly noticeable in the diverse cuisines of the countries.

Many historic events have also left their mark on national dishes. In vegan cuisine in particular, there are countless original dishes that are completely unknown in the Western world. The influences of Indian, English, Dutch and Italian occupations have left their mark, even in the cuisine of each country.

Have you always wanted to prepare dishes from African countries in an authentic way? And do something good for your health at the same time? Learn about spices? Talk to interesting people and get to know your favorite dishes?

If you want to learn about customs and cultural backgrounds as well as the nutritional effects of the ingredients used, then you have come to the right place. I have put together my favorite dishes. The following delicacies are created together, eaten and if there are any leftovers, taken home :-). So don't forget your lunchbox!
