For me, food is more than just a means of satiety. If a healthy and good-looking body depends 80% on nutrition, then we should pay more attention to what we eat. I am often asked: "What does a proper diet look like?" My answer is:

Who is Magda?

Magda Tedla is a nutritionist based in Hamburg who focuses on conveying complex background information on healthy eating in a simple and delicious way.

"I am a passionate cook. I learned my love of cooking, healthy eating and fresh ingredients very early on. By helping my mother to cook elaborate family meals and select fresh ingredients from different countries, I learned intuitive cooking. These profound experiences inspired me to study nutritional science and to found Magdas Food Programme and Magdas Natures in order to pass on my love of cooking and sustainable living to children, young people and adults. In this context, I run an online shop where I sell the natural treasures (nutrient bombs) of the world, such as Jamaican Sea Moss Gel, and make them available to the German market."

Since 2016, she has been conducting nutrition prevention and cooking courses for different target groups.

Magda's Food Programme

Magda's Food Programme is a prevention and education programme developed by Magda Tedla for nutritional coaching tailored specifically to your needs. It consists of cooking and nutrition courses, and she imparts important nutritional knowledge through cooking shows and team-building events.

In this health-conscious offering, not only the regionality, seasonality and organic cultivation of the ingredients play an important role, but also the local practicality of the dishes we prepare together. We also focus on you learning as much as possible from us so that you can access this important knowledge on a daily basis if possible.
