Le Marrakech

Le Marrakech

Moroccan cuisine is known for its diversity and harmonious combinations, which are influenced by Berber, Andalusian, African, Jewish, and Ottoman traditions—the culinary traces of nomads, immigrants, and conquerors.

Certain ingredients and preparation techniques vary depending on the region and local conditions. However, traditional dishes are common throughout the country. Tajine is particularly typical of Moroccan cuisine. Morocco is also known for its variety of couscous dishes.

At the beginning of the cooking class, there will be a short introduction to special spices, foods, and, of course, the use of tajines! Afterwards, we will chop, cook, fry, and, to top it all off, eat together!
