Learn about tasteful and nutritious dishes for all ages.
How does it work exactly?
The program is aimed at children and adolescents of all age groups.
We empower children and adolescents to understand the importance of sustainable cuisine. With a lot of fun, we bridge the gap between health and tasty, proper nutrition.
We place special emphasis on the collective and holistic preparation of various dishes and the sensory enjoyment of the food (seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, touching). We use fruits and vegetables that are in season at the time of the course. Whenever possible, we plant the ingredients ourselves and harvest them afterwards to teach children and adolescents the significance of sustainable cuisine.
With a lot of fun, we answer all the sensory exploration questions that arise during the course (Why does an apple get brown spots? Is the apple moldy then?). We focus particularly on developing a taste memory, by exploring, understanding, and learning to independently distinguish all flavor profiles.
With the help of little Magda, we explain the focus of the day in each recipe. The recipes can be taken home in a folder. Snacking is allowed.
